Dr. Strangelove – a 1964 movie where the title character was said to have been brought to the USA via Operation Paperclip. Captain America: The Winter Soldier – a 2014 movie in which Arnim Zola was said to have been brought to the USA via Operation Paperclip, where he secretly reformed HYDRA within S.H.I.E.L.D.
Moonglow – a 2016 novel which features a subplot which is based on Operation Paperclip.
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny – a 2023 film in which the main antagonist is a Nazi scientist working for the Apollo program in 1969. The title character is uneasy about Operation Paperclip thanks to his past clashes with the Nazis.
Hunters (2020 TV series), a 2020 Amazon Prime TV show depicting a fictionalized version of Operation Paperclip and after in the late 1970s, driving the plot of the show.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show – a 1975 movie based on a similarly named stage production, in which the character Dr. Scott is heavily implied to be a part of Operation Paperclip.
